Here at The Studio, we focus on authentic and feel-good movements and exercises in a beautiful, contemporary rural space.

 

Our philosophy is to ensure all who enter The Studio experience a mindful, enjoyable, positive yet challenging practice or workout. No matter your level of fitness or exercise experience, we are here to help you work towards healthier habits and lifestyle choices.

 

All classes and workouts at The Studio aim to build a strong connection between the body and the mind - whether that's through slow, mindful movement synchronised with the flow of the breath in our pilates and yoga classes, or focusing and steadying the mind to push beyond your perceived limits in our resistance and cardio workouts.

 

Our vibe is laid-back, open, friendly and positive. Our goal is empower our clients, encouraging a healthy and mindful community, welcoming beginners right through to the most experienced of fitness fanatics.
