Studio: Mindfulness

Mindfulness practices are wonderful, accessible tools to support your health and wellbeing, by helping us to connect with the present moment.


This class weaves together breathwork, guided meditation, mindful movement, guided relaxation, ancient yogic and Buddhist philosophy, and mindfulness teachings.


You'll leave the class not only feeling relaxed and de-stressed, but armed with a toolkit of tips, tricks and practices to apply to your everyday life.


It is the perfect way to unwind from your day, connect back in with yourself, release stress and tension from the body and mind, and learn how to live from a more mindful, present place.

Our Studio: Mindfulness class is held once a week.
