Studio: Strength & Conditioning is a results-driven workout that blends the power of strength training with the intensity of functional conditioning. Each session combines two foundational compound lifts with a high-energy conditioning circuit designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall performance. This class is for anyone who wants to lift smart, move well, and feel strong from the inside out.
What to Expect in the Class
Compound Strength Lifts
Each class begins with focused time on two major compound lifts — such as squats, deadlifts, presses, or rows. You’ll be coached on proper technique, alignment, and form to ensure you lift safely and effectively. These foundational movements build total-body strength, improve posture, and lay the groundwork for performance in any sport or daily activity. Whether you’re new to lifting or refining your skills, our coaching helps you build strength with confidence.
Strength Progressions
You’ll work in sets and reps that focus on progressive overload — gradually increasing intensity over time. Sessions often use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight variations to ensure variety while targeting major muscle groups. These progressions help you develop lean muscle, increase power, and feel stronger week after week.
Conditioning Circuits
After lifting, you'll move into a heart-pumping conditioning block. These circuits are designed to push your aerobic and anaerobic systems using a mix of functional movements: think sled pushes, kettlebell swings, rows, core work, and explosive intervals. This section builds cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and mental resilience — all in one high-energy finish.
Full-Body Integration
Every class hits all major movement patterns: push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge, rotate, and carry.
