Power Yoga is a dynamic, active class all about building strength, stamina and flexibility.
This yoga class targets the entire body to tone and sculpt muscles, whilst opening and deeply stretching to release tension and tightness.
With strengthening yoga postures (asanas) and flowing sequences of movement combined with the breath (known as vinyasas) to build heat in the body, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat!
