Studio: HIIT is a small-group, high-intensity interval training class designed to build strength, boost fitness, and improve how your body performs in everyday life. What to Expect
Every Studio: HIIT session begins with a structured warm-up and mobility drills to prepare your joints, muscles, and nervous system for higher-intensity work. From there, we move into interval-based circuits combining weights, resistance, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll work through timed efforts and rest periods designed to keep your heart rate elevated while maintaining good movement quality.
Expect a mix of kettlebells, dumbbells, functional bodyweight movements, and short bursts of cardio. Sessions are intelligently programmed for small spaces and small groups, using formats such as interval ladders, tempo-based sets, partner challenges, and progressive rounds that increase in intensity as the class goes on.
