Gentle Yoga Flow

This class combines slow, flowing movement with breathwork and mindfulness techniques to gently tone and stretch the entire body, at the same time as deeply soothing our entire being.


This class allows us to stop and slow down, showing our bodies kindness and compassion, and finding balance in your life.


Mindfully move and connect with your body, then deeply relax in guided relaxation to end.

Our Gentle Yoga Flow class is held twice a week.
