Studio: Strong Foundations is the perfect starting point for women who are completely new to weight training, or who want to build confidence before stepping into our main Studio: Strong classes. This 45-minute session is designed to gently introduce you to the fundamentals of strength training in a calm, supportive and non-intimidating environment. We break down the key compound lifts like squats, deadlifts and rows into simple, easy-to-follow steps, using lighter weights, resistance bands and guided drills to help you truly understand each movement. There’s no pressure to lift heavy. Instead, the focus is on learning how your body moves, developing good technique, and building strength safely and gradually. Whether you’ve never picked up a weight before, feel unsure about gym equipment, or just want to feel more confident before progressing, this class will meet you exactly where you are. Led by a knowledgeable female coach, you’ll be guided every step of the way. learning what to do, what to feel, and how to move well. You’ll leave each session feeling more confident, more capable, and ready to take the next step in your strength journey. This is where it all begins.
