Mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practices offer a sanctuary for the mind and spirit, allowing us to embark on a transformative journey of self-exploration and self-awareness. These accessible practices are fantastic tools for the modern age, helping us to face the challenges and stresses of life armed with powerful knowledge, techniques and practices to soothe, support, and assist us on our journeys to lead healthy, happy lives. This regular weekly class is a chance to disconnect from the pace of the external world, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. This class is suitable for complete beginners to mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, or for those with a regular practice. Every Monday & Wednesday / 5:30-6:15pm // The Studio Bartlow
