We’ll gently guide you through a series of stretches that help to open up stiff areas, improve flexibility, and restore natural movement. Whether you’re feeling tight from exercise, work, or just everyday life, this session will help you feel more at ease in your body. 🌿 Deep, mindful breathing to enhance relaxation and reduce stress. Our breath is one of the most powerful tools for relaxation. Throughout the class, we’ll focus on simple breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring a sense of balance to both body and breath. 🌀 A mix of gentle movement and longer-held stretches to help release built-up tension. We’ll flow through soft, intentional movements to warm the body before settling into deeper, longer stretches. These holds allow the muscles to fully relax, promoting a deep release that can ease physical tightness and mental stress. ✨ A peaceful, low-impact session suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced movers.
