Join us from the comfort of your own home. This feel-good, full-body stretch session will help you release tightness, increase your flexibility, and tone up! You’ll feel it in your entire body with stretches, folds, twists, and hip openers designed to energize your morning or shake off the day. An upbeat class, increase your heart rate with a full-body 'Stretch & Tone'. This session combines core strengthening Yoga and Pilates inspired movements, with stretches that will leave you feeling great. You’ll explore a variety of fun and freeing moves such as twisted low lunges, toe touches, and tricep press ups. Our online classes are taught via Zoom, book onto your next session and set up your yoga mat. Online links will be sent 10-15 minutes before the session starts, and will be sent to the email you provide when booking onto the session.
