Fluid slow movements to soothe the soul - via Zoom
Join us from the comfort of your own home. This class combines slow, flowing movement with breathwork and mindfulness techniques to gently tone and stretch the entire body, at the same time as deeply soothing our entire being. This class allows us to stop and slow down, showing our bodies kindness and compassion, and finding balance in your life. Mindfully move and connect with your body, then deeply relax in guided relaxation to end. Our online classes are taught via Zoom, book onto your next session and set up your yoga mat. Online links will be sent 10-15 minutes before the session starts, and will be sent to the email you provide when booking onto the session.
