When you begin your day with yoga, your entire being is energized, you feel mentally refreshed and better prepared to take on whatever the day has in store. Join us on Monday and Friday mornings to kickstart your morning with an energising flow! Our online classes are taught via Zoom, book onto your next session and set up your yoga mat. Online links will be sent 10-15 minutes before the session starts, and will be sent to the email you provide when booking onto the session.
