Step into your Friday evening with this deeply nourishing yoga class designed to help you exhale the week and ease into the weekend with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner spaciousness. Evening Unwind and Restore Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that begins with guided meditation and focused breathwork to help settle your nervous system and bring you into the present moment. This gentle start encourages you to release the mental and physical load you’ve been carrying through the week. From there, we’ll move into a soft and fluid sequence of mindful movement — designed to stretch, open, and soothe the body without strain. Expect long-held postures, supported shapes, and intuitive transitions that invite deep relaxation and emotional release. Each movement is approached with care, creating space in the hips, shoulders, spine, and heart centre — all areas where tension often builds. The practice concludes with a long, supported Savasana, enhanced with optional props, grounding techniques, and space for quiet reflection or stillness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and restored — body, mind, and spirit. For those staying on for a second class or session, you are warmly invited to remain in the studio between sessions, allowing your restful state to linger a little longer. This class is open to all levels, including complete beginners, and is especially supportive for those navigating stress, fatigue, or seeking a more mindful end to the week.
