Sarah attended her first yoga class 10 years ago, and instantly fell in love with how these accessible and simple techniques worked to transform all areas of health and wellbeing.
Completing a 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training in 2020, Sarah is confident guiding practitioners in mindful movement, meditation and breathwork. She specialises in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Sarah is our in-house yoga instructor and teaches regularly on a Monday and Friday at The Studio.
Sarah's aim is to create a compassionate, friendly and supportive environment where anyone feels safe to get out of their comfort zone and try a new challenge.
Having worked in the fitness, health and wellness field for 8 years, she also possesses a sound knowledge and understanding of holistic and alternative healing, such as aromatherapy and herbal remedies.
