Move your body, shake off the day and dance the night away!
If you’re after some body moving, arms swaying and hip-flicking feel good moves then you’ve found the right class for YOU!
Our Studio: Dance classes are great for all levels of ability and are designed for you to have fun and fall in love moving your body again. You will learn a various routines throughout the session to a collection of great dance songs.
This 45 minute session will get your feet tapping, laughing with your peers, and most importantly support your body to build a cardio level around dancing.
We welcome Georgia to The Studio family, whos background in dancing and performing will show you the best way to move, sway and jump into your next dance routine.
Join her THURSDAY evenings at 7:30pm
