Studio: Conditioning
Increase your strength, effectively burn energy, and elevate your athletic performance.
Studio: Conditioning sessions incorporate strength circuits, power and core training, as well as routines for mobility and movement.

This class is designed to target the core and abdominals, working your middle to the max through repetition, endurance, and small-range movements to fire up that healthy burn.

Studio: Strong
Studio: Strong is a full body group coaching session and supportive community for women who want to know how to weight train properly, reach their fitness goals, and boost their overall confidence in the gym.
Whether you’re lifting for the first time and just want to progress your knowledge of the basics, a confident weight-lifter looking for a supportive female group workout, or just someone looking to tone your muscles or lose weight in a group class setting.
We offer a great atmosphere to help women feel confident that they are weight training with excellent technique, in a way that is physically safe and will get amazing results.
Our Studio: Strong classes benefit women of any age, body type and fitness level.

Studio: Kettlebells
Studio: Kettlebells is a dynamic 45-minute full-body workout designed to build strength, boost endurance, and improve cardiovascular health.
Using lighter kettlebells, this class alternates between lower body, upper body, and core exercises to maximise calorie burn, enhance muscle tone, and improve coordination.
Perfect for all fitness levels, you’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner, and more energised.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a dynamic, active class all about building strength, stamina and flexibility.
This yoga class targets the entire body to tone and sculpt muscles, whilst opening and deeply stretching to release tension and tightness.
With strengthening yoga postures (asanas) and flowing sequences of movement combined with the breath (known as vinyasas) to build heat in the body, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat!
Step off the mat feeling stronger and more powerful, ready to take on any challenge that comes your way.

Gentle Yoga Flow
This class combines slow, flowing movement with breathwork and mindfulness techniques to gently tone and stretch the entire body, at the same time as deeply soothing our entire being.
This class allows us to stop and slow down, showing our bodies kindness and compassion, and finding balance in your life.
Mindfully move and connect with your body, then deeply relax in guided relaxation to end.

Yin Yoga
In a Yin Yoga class, you can expect a calming and restorative experience designed to nurture both body and mind. The practice focuses on long-held, passive postures that target deep connective tissues—ligaments, tendons, and fascia—promoting flexibility, circulation, and joint health. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing your body to release tension gradually while your mind settles into a meditative state.
Guided by mindful breathing techniques, you’ll find space to relax deeply, reduce stress, and connect with the present moment. The serene atmosphere, combined with gentle guidance from your instructor, creates the perfect setting for reflection and restoration. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a slower, more mindful practice, Yin Yoga offers a tranquil space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

All classes are completely free, but spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
If you’re an existing member, we encourage you to bring along a friend who’s new to the studio!
