We are offering a chance to try out our new classes, including a Gentle Yoga Flow & Trigger Point Pilates!
If however one to one training is more your style, we are offering a drop in chat between 11:00am and 2:00pm to talk to our staff.
Please pop along and bring a friend or somebody that may be interested in trying out The Studio.

10:00am - Gentle Yoga Flow
Sarah invites you to join her through a beautiful mindful flow to start the Open Day! This class will be a breath-led movement and meditation practice to stretch, flow and awaken your entire body.
​
This taster class will focus on uniting breath and movement, calming the mind and leaving you feeling energised, uplifted and at ease with yourself.
​
Whether you are a beginner or a practicing yogi, this class will be perfect to start your Sunday morning. For our open day each booking will receive a goodie bag which will be waiting on your mat, ready for your arrival.
11:15am - 2:00pm - Drop In
Interested in Studio classes? Personal Training? Private Yoga sessions? Sports & Remedial Massage? Pop along to chat to our staff, enquire about our services and take a look at our facilities.

2:00pm - Trigger Point Pilates
Jess invites you to end the Open Day on your mat in a beautiful candlelit space of tranquility to rest, unwind and tune in to any areas of tension presenting around the body.
Jess teaches Stretch & Unwind classes regularly on Tuesday & Thursday evening at 7:30pm, which touches on this practice, and it is the perfect way to unwind from your busy day.
Within this session you will be introduced to some gentle movements using a foam roller and prickle balls to massage key points of tension. This is a deeply beneficial class, both physically and mentally.
