Discover the perfect balance of strength, release, and restoration in our 2-hour Trigger Point Pilates Workshop. This immersive session blends flexibility and mobility exercises with expert myofascial release, guiding you to release tension, improve posture, and feel lighter and more flexible—all in one rejuvenating experience.
Using two trigger point balls (yours to keep!), you’ll explore techniques to gently target tight spots in your hips, back, shoulders, and more, learning how to release knots and unlock deeper mobility. The workshop also includes flexibility and mobility exercises, breathing techniques, and restorative relaxation to calm the nervous system and integrate the work, creating a sense of ease and balance that lasts long after the session ends.
