New Year Moon Ceremony

The new moon tends to bring a big build-up of energy—both light and dark, some of us are more sensitive to it than others which can have a big emotional impact on our beings.  

By participating in a moon ceremony, you're coming into a more emotionally intuitive headspace. This makes it the perfect time to cleanse your body and mind, and let go of what no longer serves you. The start of the new year is a wonderful time to reflect and release whatever you do not wish to carry with you into 2024.  

Join Heemali for a yoga flow sequence with breathwork to rebalance your nervous system. Followed by intention setting and an oracle card circle for the next moon phase. 

Heemali is an experienced yoga practitioner who has expertise in a wide range of movement practices, specialising in trauma, ill mental health and physical disabilities. As a Trauma survivor herself, Heemali found an embodied connection between her mind, body and nervous system to be profoundly healing and loves sharing her experience. She is therefore very passionate about offering accessible yoga and movement classes. Heemali offers a unique experience that goes beyond yoga as she is passionate about inviting people to find a pathway back to the body, which they can then use as a tool to self regulate. Her background in dance, yoga and meditation continues to lead her on a more holistic path, whilst always working with nature and the moon phases both in her personal practice and teaching. She believes that the more we connect ourselves with the Earth, the simpler it is to reconnect with ourselves.
