Monday, Wednesday & Friday — Studio: Kettlebells
A dynamic strength-based class using kettlebells to build functional strength, stability, and endurance. These sessions flow through lower body, upper body, and core sequences with attention to technique and mobility.

Tuesday & Thursday — Studio: Circuits

Expect a blend of bodyweight movements, light resistance, and cardio-focused drills to fire up your metabolism and mood.
