Studio: Circuits is a class that takes an approach to your resistance training to increase strength throughout your whole body. It combines the best excises using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercises, to create a fun and challenging workout routine. You’ll leave each workout feeling the burn, knowing that you pushed yourself to your limits and did your workout for the day. Each 45 minute session uses a unique combination of dynamic moves, holds, circuits, drills, and plyometrics to create a balanced and fun workout routine.
