These workshops are perfect for learning the ropes, with hands-on guidance to nail down proper form and technique. By the end you will have learnt proper form and technique for compound lifts seen in most fitness strength programs, and have met other amazing people on the same journey as you. Together, we can build a supportive community where we lift each other up – literally and figuratively! So, let’s get strong and have some fun doing it! 💪✨




Workshop Details


Our practical, hands-on workshop will be held on Sunday, 28th July, from 10 am to 1 pm. During these three hours, you'll receive expert, personalised instruction tailored to help you master the fundamentals of strength training.

Mastering the Big Lifts


We'll cover the essential compound lifts that form the backbone of any effective strength training program. You'll learn proper technique and form for:


Back Squat

Deadlift

Bench Press

Hip Thrust

& Overhead Press


Our focus on these fundamental movements will ensure you build a strong foundation, boosting your confidence to navigate the gym and use equipment correctly.


In addition to mastering these lifts, we'll dive into crucial topics such as:


Warm-Up & Cool-Down Routines
