Studio: Dance


Move your body, shake off the day and dance the night away in this fun-filled dance fitness class


Join Georgia every Thursday night for some body moving, arm swaying and hip-flicking fun in Studio: Dance - a dance fitness group class focusing on moving our bodies to feel amazing. This class is suitable for absolutely all levels of fitness and dance abilities - the focus is not on dance technique or form, but to have fun and fall in love with moving your body again. Throughout the session Georgia will guide you in rhythmic movements to work and target the entire body, all to a soundtrack of uplifting, feel good songs and music. This 45 minute session will get your feet tapping and laughing with your friends, whilst also working the body and mind to build increased co-ordination, cardio levels, stamina and endurance, and overall fitness levels. We welcome Georgia to The Studio family, whose background in dancing and performing will inspire you to put your best foot forward, and move, sway and dance through your day. Join her THURSDAY evenings at 7:30-8:15pm.
