This feel-good, full-body stretch session will help you release tightness, increase your flexibility, and tone up! You’ll feel it in your entire body with stretches, folds, twists, and hip openers designed to energize your morning or shake off the day. Adding this mat based session to your weekly routine will develop deep core strength! It will include full body conditioning flows, focusing on the back, gluteal, quads and hamstring muscles. Expect to move, flow and bring awareness to your breath throughout. This class will delve into repetitive movements and it can be a challenging practice. It’s the perfect complement to our Studio Conditioning & Studio Strong classes – with regular sessions, you’ll be whipped into shape in no time. Stretch & Tone is an upbeat class, that will increase your heart rate with a range of full-body movements. This session combines Yoga and Pilates inspired movements, with stretches that will leave you feeling great all over! You’ll explore a variety of fun and freeing moves such as twisted low lunges, toe touches, and tricep press ups. If you are looking to strength your base, improve your range of movement, and stretch out tension from your week, this is the class for you!
