Our bootcamp workouts can vary each session, which makes them a great addition to your workout plan. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each session. They are designed to push and challenge your body. Our bootcamp workouts are essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Pick this class if you are after a full body workout that builds strength and endurance. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced bootcamper, this session is perfect for you!
