Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which yoga poses/asanas are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.
Just like a regular yoga class, Chair Yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness.
The chair is used to support you through your practice and session, making this class suitable for absolutely anybody, no matter your yoga experience or fitness level.
Each session will also include breathwork/pranayama and meditation techniques to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
Our Chair Yoga class is held once a week.
