Join our Small Group Strength & Conditioning sessions, held every weekday morning at 6am or 8am, and take the first step toward a stronger, healthier you.

Over a 6-week block, our experienced trainers will guide you through a balanced program of strength training, mobility work, and conditioning exercises designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve flexibility, or boost your overall fitness, these sessions are tailored to meet your needs. We believe in creating a supportive and motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and grow, no matter your current fitness level.

Our Training Area

Week 1-3

Building a Strong Foundation

Start your journey with us by focusing on higher rep ranges of 8-12 reps per set. This phase is all about establishing a solid foundation of strength, improving muscle endurance, and refining your technique. Alongside strength training, we'll incorporate mobility drills and stretches to ensure your body stays flexible and resilient.

Week 4-6

Power and Precision

As you progress, we’ll shift to lower rep ranges of 4-6 reps per set, focusing on increasing your strength and power. This phase is designed to help you lift heavier weights with confidence and control. We’ll continue to work on mobility and core strengthening exercises, ensuring your body remains balanced and well-conditioned.

Every Week

A Complete Approach to Fitness

Throughout the program, you’ll not only gain strength but also improve your overall mobility and core stability. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible, and better equipped to take on new challenges.

30 Group Personal Training Sessions

You'll gain access to daily workouts with our coach (Monday - Friday) who will take you through a 6 week program. You’ll train alongside a supportive group and with the guidance of our experienced personal trainer you'll be encouraged, and supported to achieve your best. Each session is designed to challenge you, help you grow stronger, and bring you closer to your fitness goals.

Initial Fitness & Mobility Assessment

We start with a thorough assessment to understand your current fitness level and set achievable goals. This helps us tailor the program to your needs and ensures you see real progress over the six weeks. Don't worry it wont be anything like the beep test, we'll be checking your range of mobility, and technique for key compound lifts. If you are brand new to lifting then this session is great for going over the basics.

Home Workout Plan

Can’t make it to every session? No problem! We’ve got you covered with a Home Workout Plan that ensures you stay on track, even when life gets in the way. You'll be able to follow along at home but have the exercises modified to suit either no to minimal equipment.

Nutrition Guidance

You’ll receive straightforward, actionable advice on how to fuel your body for success. We cover the basics of protein, fats, carbs, and maintaining a balanced diet, plus the importance of staying hydrated. It’s everything you need to optimise your nutrition for training and to feel your best!

Progress Tracking

We've got you covered for all methods of recording your workouts with us! Downloadable PDF if you prefer print or the use of our coaching app, with pre-loaded workouts for 6 weeks. You can monitor your improvements, stay motivated, and reflect on your achievements every step of the way!
